Gladys is more than just a beloved member of Dr. Tornambe’s family—she’s a gentle presence in the office who brings joy, comfort, and calm to everyone she meets. As our unofficial (yet totally essential) Assistant Patient Coordinator, Gladys takes her role very seriously: greeting patients, offering tail wags, and helping make every visit a little brighter.

Whether you're arriving for a consultation or recovering after surgery, Gladys has a way of lifting spirits and easing nerves. Her kind eyes and calming energy make her a favorite among our patients—and an important part of our healing environment.

She recently completed her training as a certified service dog and will soon be visiting hospitals and other institutions, where she and Dr. Tornambe’s wife hope to bring hope and good cheer to those who need it most.

You’ll often find her curled up nearby or proudly accompanying Dr. Tornambe, quietly doing her part to support your journey to confidence and wellness.
