What is breast augmentation?
Breast augmentation is a surgical procedure that increases the size and alters the shape of your breasts. Dr. Tornambe tailors the augmentation according to your body type and surgery goals. What can I expect during a breast augmentation?

A board-certified anesthesiologist performs and monitors all sedation procedures throughout your surgery. Breast augmentation procedures generally take about two hours, and you will recover briefly under the care of a nurse before going home with a responsible driver.
How long does recovery from a breast augmentation take?
Dr. Tornambe strongly recommends you have someone to care for you at home for at least two nights. He prescribes medication to manage your pain following surgery and discusses your post-surgery limitations at the time of your consultation. Limitations typically include no heavy lifting or vigorous physical activity for four to six weeks.
